At Cloud 9 Specialty Bakery, making a name for yourself in a budding dietary market is the name of the game. With the gluten-free market taking off and in more need than ever before, Cloud 9 has been able to establish itself as a trusted local source and provider not only through its tested and delicious gluten-free goodies, but through it’s growing online presence, engagement and marketing initiatives.

Since starting on the Cloud 9 account, I have been able to help it grow:
Facebook lifetime likes from 549 to 2401 (as of December 31, 2013).
Twitter followers from 304 to 780 (as of December 31, 2013).
– Setting up a Pinterest Page
– Launching a Baking Contest¬†with a landing page and using the Easypromos Facebook app to accept 15 entrants recipes in it’s first year.

Among these accomplishments, I have been it’s ongoing account manager. It has been my responsibility to make sure we have a presence in print media (been published in the Royal City Record), briefing our designers on the requirements for ads and packaging, scheduling printers and production for anything from business cards, flyers to baking mix packaging. On a daily basis, I curate interesting/engaging content for their social platforms and act as their online voice and “customer service”.
